Welcome to Klara’s Bloom Haus. By booking our services, placing an order, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Klara’s Bloom Haus provides floral design services for events, private parties, brand activations, and pop-ups. All floral designs are seasonal and subject to flower availability. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when specific blooms are unavailable.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A signed agreement and retainer are required to secure your event date.

  • Retainers are non-refundable and reserve your date on our calendar.

  • Final balances are due 7–14 days before the event date.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive partial credit at our discretion (retainer is non-refundable).

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to product ordering and preparation.

  • We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Event Setup & Breakdown

  • Access to the venue must be provided at the agreed-upon time.

  • Any major delays caused by the venue or client may affect setup completion.

  • If breakdown/strike services are not included in your package, you are responsible for all items after the event.

5. Rentals & Damage

If rental items (vases, vessels, structures, etc.) are included:

  • Items remain the property of Klara’s Bloom Haus

  • The client is responsible for loss, theft, or damage

  • Replacement fees will be charged as needed

6. Floral Care & Liability

Fresh flowers are perishable and sensitive to weather and handling. Klara’s Bloom Haus is not liable for damage after delivery or setup due to heat, cold, wind, or guest handling.

7. Photography

We reserve the right to photograph our work and use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, and website content are the property of Klara’s Bloom Haus and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
