Hello!

Welcome!

I’m Alexandra, founder of Klara’s Bloom Haus — a Metro Detroit floral studio specializing in bespoke weddings, event design, and our signature flower cart experience.

While many people first discover us through the cart, the heart of this studio has always been floral design. Thoughtful centerpieces. Intentional bouquets. Installations that shift the energy of a room.

Flowers have been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

I grew up helping my mom in her garden — learning early that beauty takes work and patience. My Oma practiced ikebana, the Japanese art of floral arrangement, and showed me that flowers aren’t just decoration. They carry movement, balance, and meaning.

In 2020, during a season when life slowed down, I found myself returning to that foundation. What began as a creative outlet quickly became something more focused — a deep love for floral design and the way it shapes celebration.

As a Christian, I hold closely to 1 Peter 4:10 — to use whatever gift you have received to serve others — and floral design has become one of the ways I live that out.

Today, Klara’s Bloom Haus designs weddings, private events, brand activations, and curated pop-ups throughout Metro Detroit. The flower cart may be our most visible feature, but behind it is a full floral studio creating custom work for clients who care about the details.

I also grow my favorite flower — ranunculus — each spring in covered hoops in my backyard. For events in mid-May through June, those blooms often make their way into arrangements.

If you’re planning a wedding or event and want florals that feel intentional, elevated, and distinctly yours, I’d love to design something beautiful together.

Director of sniffs & stems

Every business needs a mascot—mine just happens to be fluffy, four-legged, and fond of peeking into flower buckets. When he’s not overseeing operations from his favorite rug, Winston is boosting morale, delighting visitors, and ensuring every bucket of flowers leaves with a little extra joy (and maybe a nose boop).

You won’t see him at pop-ups or events (he’s more of a behind-the-scenes kind of guy), but rest assured—every stem is paw-approved.
